What is to be done if you have problems?
We would love to help you, but we can not 'smell' your problem or your playername. Therefore we would ask you to post as many information as possible which might be helpful to us.
If you are still unable to register a clan after you have read the clan-registration FAQ, or need any help, please include following information in your post:
- your clan-tag, for example: sl.
- your clan-tag with color-codes, for example: ^dsl.
- please provide a link to a reserved player nick (with the clan tag on) for reference, see the "How can I reserve my Playername?" section for further details
- which game is meant? (FarCry, Enemy Territory, ...)
If a member is not allocatable to your clan, please post either the full name (without color-codes) or the PlayerID of the according player. We will do the assignment.
Clan-Assignment / Player-registrations:
Your clan is registered already but you do not appear in the member-list of that clan. This may happen if the color-codes are different. It is also important to register your player-name (see according FAQs). It is also possible that your clan requires a passwort to log in. Ask your leader for that!
If everything goes wrong we are here to help you, but we need following information:
- your player-name or player-id
- the clan-id, or the link to the sl.Clansite, like this: sl.team
- which game is meant? (FarCry or Enemy Territory)
General hints and explanations:
We advise you to post these information into the sl.suportforum. Many of you send us PMs, but we are not logged on 24 hours a day. It might happen that a PM is not answered speedy, whereas a post in a forum would be read from all sl.admins/mods. So the chance to get a quick answer will increase.
Explanation to 'player-id' and other:

- playerName: that is your playername which you are playing with
- forumName: that is not your playername, but rather the name which you have registered with the forum
